Terms of Service
Last updated April 2, 2026.
By accessing or using BizBilling, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated into them, including the BizBilling Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
BizBilling provides tools for managing business contacts, services, invoices, account settings, branding, subscriptions, payment-provider integrations, and related business workflows. We may update, improve, or change features from time to time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information used to create your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including actions taken by your authorized admins or users.
You agree to notify BizBilling promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Some BizBilling features are available only on paid plans or through connected third-party billing providers. If you start a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges and any taxes or fees disclosed at checkout.
You are responsible for charges associated with your use of BizBilling and for keeping billing information current. Subscription changes, renewals, cancellations, provider-side retries, and related billing events may be handled through BizBilling and its payment providers.
BizBilling may help you create, send, store, and track invoice records, including direct invoice workflows. You remain responsible for the accuracy of invoice content, collection activity, tax treatment, bookkeeping decisions, customer communications, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.
You agree not to misuse BizBilling. This includes, without limitation, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with service operations, uploading malicious code, using the service for unlawful activity, infringing intellectual property rights, or using BizBilling to send fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harassing communications.
You retain responsibility for the content, records, contact data, service descriptions, invoice details, branding, notes, and other information you submit to BizBilling. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that information with the service.
BizBilling may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, email delivery services, mobile platforms, and storage vendors. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their terms, policies, and technical limitations.
We work to keep BizBilling available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including for maintenance, upgrades, security, or legal reasons.
BizBilling and its branding, software, site content, visual design, and related materials are owned by BizBilling or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of BizBilling or grant rights beyond the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
You may stop using BizBilling at any time, and account owners may close their business account through supported product flows. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, if payment obligations are not met, if required by law, or if continued service would create security, legal, or operational risk.
BizBilling is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will meet every business, accounting, tax, legal, or compliance need.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizBilling and its affiliates, service providers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the use of BizBilling.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizBilling’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to BizBilling for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we may update the date shown at the top of this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of BizBilling after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
